 In the video interview with Greta Van Sustern, Allred suggested that the client had approved of the tactics, but I don't think Allred should have said that publicly and I do think that part of a sophisticated lawyer's job is to guide an unsophisticated client into understanding the dangers of a particular course of conduct.
